Gift Card with a Video

We are all going to want to have gift cards ready to go for the holidays, or any occasion, really.

Once again my pictures are really large.  The gift card is 4 1/4″ wide x 3″ high.  Plenty of space for any gift card.

Just watch the video below to learn the quick and simple steps for making this gift card.

I have listed all of the products that you will need to create these cards.  Please include the October Host Code which is EUNQYQPR, in your online order unless your order is $150 or more.  When your order reaches $150, you begin earning FREE PRODUCTS yourself, so you will not use the hostess code in that case.  Click on any picture below to go straight to my online store!

Hostess Group Gathers for the First Time Since February!

There were  six of us from the group who gathered in person today and we had such a great time together!

I’ll go from left to the back and then over the right and back up.  Tracey, Janet, Richele, Nidia (a new friend), and Gloria.

We also drew for the next winner off of the 50/50 board.  Tracey, who was sitting right there, was the winner!

Each person made a gift card holder.  I’m releasing a video on Friday (tomorrow) showing how to make it!

All of the cutting and scoring details will be on my blog tomorrow along with the video.

Country Home with the Tin Tile Embossing Folder

Add just the right embossing folder can really make the card!  I added the Tin Tile 3D Embossing Folder to this Country Home card.  I love the interest that it adds.  I have to confess that I used the Brushed Metallic Silver paper that we had last year before I realized that it is not current.  So just use the Silver Foil paper instead.

The center ovals are mounted onto the card front with dimensionals.  And I pulled the LInen Thread through the Cajun Craze Stamp Pad before I tied the double bow.

Country Home, Tin Tile EF,

  • The Cajun Craze layer is 3 1/2″x 4 3/4″.
  • The silver layer is 3 1/4″x 4 1/2″.
  • I used the largest Stitched Shapes Oval and then one of the scalloped ovals for the Cajun Craze layer.
  • Mask the pitcher and stamp the flowers onto the mask.
