It's been awhile since we have heard about the "yellow submarine", but here it is again!
Once again I am using the new Lots of Labels Framelits. I cut the submarine windows out with the little circle from the Gift Card Envelope & Trims Thinlits because I couldn't find a circle punch that would work. Then I just cut out the sub by hand.
I used an Aqua Painter and Soft Sky ink to create the wate, and colored in the fish and the hearts with markers.
