Like I said last Friday, there is NO WAY that I was going to put this gorgeous designer paper on the fronts of file cards that will sit in a beautiful tin that no one will ever see!
I didn't originally have the two little dots on this card, but the card tipped over onto a stamp that had red ink on it! I had to cover up the little blob of ink! Aghhhh!!! You know the feeling!
I absolutely LOVE the new Lots of Labels Framelits and thought they would be perfect for the You've Got This flower.
I am having a Stamp Camp on both Saturday August 1 and Saturday August 8: A repeat of the same class
Time: 10:00 am.-3:00 p.m. Bring your own lunch and the DSP out of the Tin of Cards!
We will make the 14 cards that I have made out of the Designer Paper from the kit.
- I used the #7 (smallest to largest)Lots of Labels Framelits for the Mint Macaron layer.
- I used the #6 framelit for the white layer with the flower.
- I used Blender Pens to color in the Watermelon Wonder and Mint Macaron for the flower.
- I used a Daffodil Delight marker to color in the center of the flower.
- I mounted the framelit pieces with dimensionals.
For the second design, I kept the Labels Framelits and added the Balloon Framelits and the Celebrate Today stamp set. You can cut three balloons out of one of the pieces of Designer Papers. So I made three of this design. I used the 1/2" circle punch to punch out Mint Macaron circles to place inside of the circles created by the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder. I cut a cardboard balloon and mounted the designer paper onto the cardboard to give the designer paper more stability.
I've included the supplies for both cards in the list below."
